Georgian 18k Gold Posy Ring "Reading This Wish Me A Kiss" Size:10.25 "FAVORI DE L'AMOUR"DATE: Georgian, c. 1780 A sweet 18th Century Posy Ring modelled in 18k yellow gold. The inscription to the inner band reads "Reading this wish me a kiss" such a lovely sentiment for a betrothal ring. It was made in England circa 1780, and remains in remarkably good condition given it's almost 250 years old. MEASUREMENTS Width of band: 2. 8mm WEIGHT 1. 8g MARKS No marks present, tests as 18k gold CONDITION Very good, with lovely antique patina
