Domaine Auguste Clape Côtes du Rhône, 2022 suenen Brewed with premium organic maltsThis wine is 100% Syrah from two separate parcels one within the Saint Pray AOC classified as Ctes du Rhne, and the other just south of the Cornas AOC. This is fruit from two of the better known Northern Rhne villages. Whole cluster fermented in cement tanks. Savory dark fruit is balanced by a mouthwatering freshness and weight. We would have it with venison burgers with fresh lettuce and tomatoes.
