Marguet 'Les Beurys' Grand Cru Champagne, 2018 ct sour Petit Jaune and Blanc SurThis wine is made from 100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru estate vineyards in Champagne. As with all Brut Nature Champagne's, this bottling is ripping with acidity. The almost four years of bottle aging before disgorgement add a lovely oaky creaminess to the wine on top of the delightful orange peel, lime, and apple flavors. Perfect for cellaring but will also pair perfectly with Lobster Thermador, or a New York Strip.
